  • Certified Lead Team Training to mentor other pastors

  • Specialized Annual Training Events focused on rural ministry

  • The Development Board Leadership for stronger church governance

Rural church pastors rarely can attend the best conference opportunities or purchase the best materials.

  • Certify our Lead Team Captains with individualized training to provide support and best practice tools

  • CGL will provide specialized annual training focused on solo and rural pastor ministry

  • CGL will further develop a decentralized Board Training to help rural pastors raise up more effective Board leadership
