Leading a multi-staff church presents unique challenges and opportunities. The Connect Gathering, happening on March 1-2, 2027, is an intimate gathering specifically for senior lead pastors who lead multiple staff members, along with their spouses. We are creating intentional space for both men and women to connect separately in their own peer-to-peer conversations, because we believe that ministry is something you carry together.
