The Pastor Board Leadership Training is a “low cost/low commitment initiative”. It involves a once-a-year meeting with the pastor and his leadership/governing board on a Saturday. A four-year curriculum has been created that addresses the major areas of need for those who serve in leadership in a local church setting. Over the past five years more than 700+ leaders have gone through this training.

Just like in any family, whether intentional or not, conflict is inevitable. The pain is real and can cause damage if not handled biblically. This year's training focus will be on dealing with church conflict from a leadership perspective. You can expect specific, practical tools to help assist pastors and board members to work more effectively together in overcoming conflict.  Come find the tools you and your church need!
